Lubbock’s Fairy Wrasse: Magic in your tank

The Lubbock’s Wrasse is generally a reef safe fish adds not only color but flash to any reef or salt water tank. These fast and colorful fish generally need a lid to do well, as they can jump. The males tend to be a bit more colorful than the females of this species. The coloration of this fish is a mix of red and yellow with white markings that vary fish to fish.
There are many compatible tank mates for this fish such as clown fish and tangs I’m larger systems. The only tank mates that are incompatible are other fish that are much larger and other basslets and many wrasse species. They tend to find a spot they like in live rock and retreat when threatened.
